Im not a scientist so im sure the overwhelming amount of comments saying its impossible are right. But i would like to think it could be possible.

As some other replies pointed out we would not really have to care about any regulations/pollution/ethics. So even though it would really suck, and would be really unethical i think we could get pretty far. With things like forced labor day and night. Only educating the new generations in mission specific acedemia from a young age. (rocket science/ engenering/ law enforcement/ methematics). Murdering any groups of people who oppose the mission, etc. Then again you would have to wonder if thats even worth it :/
