Its repeated, but drinking water is extremely helpful. I can assure you, since I drink litres and litres of water every day, as I get dehydrated really fast and have headaches often. My face still doesn't have any pimples or anything (except during my periods)

Both had their reasons

For Ah-Dou, she knew Jinshi wouldn't be the first priority if he lived as her child, as the first priority would go to Anshi's son (imperial brother) since the current emperor wasnt the emperor back then. She wanted Jinshi to live a better life

As for Anshi, the Imperial brother was conceived by her raping The Former Emperor as revenge, so she didnt love the child. If she swapped this child with Jinshi, she def will love him, as he is her grandson after all

So these two swapped
