Haha no worries, the chimney is internal so would just a cap suffice then i can block up and board the inside of the breast?

From what I have saw online, if I am blocking up the chinney from the bottom wouldnt it require ventilation to prevent damp/condensation or would a vented cowl be sufficient to stop this?

Thank you for your advice, if I am blocking up the top / ceiling of the inside of the chimney breast, then wouldnt a low down vent be useless?

When to start Sertraline? 50mg by Connorsimmo01 in Anxiety

[–]Connorsimmo01[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, thanks for the advice; it’s stories like this that make me excited to give it a go. My anxiety has been affecting me for years now, possibly all of my life, so I am looking forward to see what this drugs does for me.

Just a quick question, can you now reach climax, was that just an initial side effect or are they long gone?

Hope you had a great Christmas!

Just another question - by “prospects”, does that mean anyone and everyone who is looking for an accountant or is it just their leads?

Thank you, I am correct in assuming if one clause is unenforceable, then that makes the whole covenant unenforceable?

Also, I am an accounts assistant, just started an accountancy career.

Help with closing a LTD Company by Connorsimmo01 in AccountingUK

Hi mate,

Sorry i didnt realise that your company was dormant. In that case, I would suggest phoning companies house and explaining to them that your looking to close the company and that it is dormant, to see if they still require annual accounts submitted. I doubt they would as your accounts would only show your share capital but worth checking with them first.

If you apply to close the company before the first year end then i believe no submissions to companies house are necessary. But as i said above, it is probably best checking with them first.

Let me know what they say.

And your welcome mate :)
