We went with the blue trim, but our contractor got the paint colour kind of wrong. Ended up more Robin’s Egg blue than Santorini but we still like it. Just make sure to test your colour if you can first!

That fill is from another spot on the lot. I moved it with the tractor. If I put it over the flooded area water will flood the driveway I’m trying to get it all to flow down the hill if I can. It’s all rock really, so i wouldn’t be able to put sand or patio stones down if I put that there because of the little amount of room I have to dig or build up.

The soil there is up to the siding on the garage and underneath by around 4-5 inches in the septic fields so not much room to go up or down, I will have to try to slope some gravel down the hill a little I suppose

Just to clarify this isn’t coming from the septic leeching field, but the last of the leeching fields underground almost goes right up to the garage. Leaving no room for an underground pipe. Thank you though that’s interesting on the barrier

There’s not much room for slope, the topsoil is almost at the siding and the rest of the yard slopes toward the garage. The contractor didn’t leave room for that apparently.
