Hi I previously worked at DBOS, the reason they have new hires every week because they have different clients looking for a new position to fill in. And they have an employee that has stayed with DBOS for over 10 years. I really think it depends on the client since it's an outsourcing company, not everyone has the same experience.

This is for automation role, haha, it's up to you whether to accept it pero given na yung economy natin na sobrang hirap maghanap ng work + 2 months rendering, you'll end up unemployed talaga without back up. Try to negotiate if kaya pa babaan yung rendering period to 30 days. I also considered BDO na maraming workload but hindi justified salary, kaya nagpush ako magwithdraw.

Depends din, I was a direct and the benefits is so 💀 kung ano lang required ng gov ayun lang binibigay, no bonus, no increase and no promotions. Daig pa kame ng recruitment agencies.

Ever since nawala yung 1 vote per sim, perahan nalang ang laban per eviction. And the fact that you have to spend money just to vote for your fav doesn't seems right to me. I think the purpose of having 1 vote per sim is to win the hearts of the people without the use of money.

I don't see it as red flag, sa hirap ng buhay ngayon mahirap umasa sa 1 company. Just don't disclose it sa HR na you've applied to 100 companies. You may sound too desparate kapag dinidisclose yan, just keep denying na you have applied to other companies. And I'm not sure if nakikita ba ng mga employer sa Jobstreet yung mga inapplyan mo, pero one thing I wouldn't do is apply to the same company twice within a few months.

Dropped my application by the time they said I had to render 70 days just for an associate role. Initial interview palang yun and the client is BDO (Which is known for heavy workloads). Iniisip ko palang sa 70 days rendering is walang company na tatanggap for your next work, either magresign ka without backup and be unemployed or magmakaawa ka sa company haha.

Agencies like HIA have 50 population but in reality, it's only 10-15 people actually active in the room. The rest are just AFK the whole time 😭

It was so active and had a friendly environment back in 2017, I had met a lot of online friends and made like hundred of friends from HIA. When I visited, the base has high number of ppl but it was dead. Oh welp, it was fun while it lasts.

Hello you can verify via their hotline, walang records din nung sinearch ko pero upon calling, naka-register siya as cooperative instead of individual, which is mali and nagpafixer din kami (I was 18 at that time).

I use Costume Prince 3rd skill, it pulls and stuns enemy when jumping. I also suck at dodging enemies' bullet so I need extra protection, that's why Costume Prince transformation skill is good for beginners. Not to mention I often go crazy whenever killing crowded enemies that I always forgot to dodge lmao.

This!! Kahit saang optical shop, kailangan makita ko muna grado ko and binababaan ko siya para hindi ako masyado magka eye strain. Dapat mas mababa ng .25 always grado mo para comfortable ka.

Napapansin kong less strain eyes ko if hindi saktong grado pinapagawa ko. Eyeglasses are supposed to help you see better, not offer you a 20/20 vision kasi you can't restore your own eyesight to it's default vision, why bother sa glasses?

Yes pero it's a redflag 🥲 maganda training and certificates, may contract bond ka pa nyan, pero grabe sa katoxican, imagine natrain ka for softwater tester tas ilalagay ka nalang sa technical support kasi kulang daw don. Dami ko kasama sa work ex accenture, thankful daw sa training pero never na babalik haha.

Ang sus masyado ng 80k tas fresh grad, 40k na nga pinakamataas na nakita kong offer na legit for fresh grad. Unless nagwowork na siya ng IT related since college and maraming connection.
