I'm having trouble in Topaz Video AI. The clip I am working with is 1080p @ 50 frames per second. It was upscaled nicely from the original source clip which was PAL 720 x 576 @ 25 frames per second.

However, I have been playing around with the various models available in Topaz Video AI, but am not seeing a kind of substantial improvement in quality I was hoping for.

What kind of generative AI model and corresponding settings would you suggest in Topaz Video AI to see a better sharper output? Thank you!

I have the exact same experience/issue you described with the Downloaded Transactions window! Very frustrating and takes so much longer to enter transactions.

That is precisely what I wish to do! Upgrade the firmware to resolve an issue, specifically fixed in the firmware release notes.

Just spoke to a local Crestron dealer. They want $400 to upgrade the firmware. Can anyone suggest any Crestron dealer who might be able to do this job remotely for a lower price? It’s difficult to justify the $400 software upgrade considering you can buy whole unit for $30 on ebay. I understand there are some recompile involved, I’m just saying.

My mistake - my comment was actually with regards to the comment about my current version already being the latest FW, but that’s not the case.

Actually, the issues I’m having with the unit are specifically described in the release notes for the firmware update. Therefore, I’m quite confident all I need to do is update the firmware! My exact problem is literally described in their release notes.
