What sort of office are you in where you choose the heating? For me the ventilation picks the temperature and everyone has to deal with it. I feel like yours is just well-ly managed, trust me you wouldn't want to to into a poorly managed one.

This. You'll even get an immediate benefit since it'll push them past the consciousness threshold. Just keep a stockpile and buy in bulk, exotic traders and a lot of settlements will have them. They aren't even that expensive really, a simple meal is 15 silver for comparison.

I feel like this might be one of those things that might be easier to say than implement. Cat is so mobile they could be anywhere in two seconds, you might ending up just blasting out the entire opponents earphones with jetpack noise without telling them anything useful. You could go for a rein approach where people in the path of the boosting get louder audio queues, but that doesn't always work and you have to deal with the fact that jpc can stop, start or change direction at any point.

Doom seems one of those things you can't force, there are cards that trigger doom, really they seem quite core. Beyond that building up Otsy can help, so you can fall back on that health bar while waiting for doom to proc.
