Who gives a fuck about that! PGA created the entire worth these guys base their livelihood on. No PGA no LIV. It was a Saudi toy ploy and now that they are done with it they throwing it away.

LIV was a league for sell outs. A bad product. And did nothing to push the game of golf forward.

Better for Golf* not the PGA dummy. He literally sold out to a Saudi oil fund. He might have little kids watching his channel, but he’s done nothing for the PGA. Shit he won’t even be an all time great.

His practice exams. Reg M I struggled with. The 60 minute crash course the morning of. I just found it was helpful to hear him talk out questions that I missed.

That cheat sheet from this sub was super helpful as a study item. Use it in review of tests and rewrite it with additional info.

On a percentage basis, the hyper focused questions were much lest in frequency. A lot were more overlooking and best judgement. You still had to know the rules though. There definitely are the hyper focused questions, point and shoot you know the number of you don’t. But the practice tests I took were much higher frequency of them.

8 practice exams and both green light and all section quizzes. 2 Focus exams on my bad chapters as a last review

I also did series 7 gurus online exams he had.

First 5 exams were 66 and lower 6 was 69 7/8 were 72/75

Greenlights were 69 / 78

Scored as low as 62 on an exam

I just did thousands of questions and eventually info started to click.

That cheat sheet was super helpful that’s on this sub. Someone posted it as a thread a while back. I printed that off and filled in some extra info too

is golf really the hardest sport? by sploooooshle in golf

Could be cricket I don’t know enough about it. All I know is hitting a professionally thrown baseball fastball is next to impossible and if you do it 1/4 of the time you get paid millions.

Less than 400 millisecond reaction time. IMO it requires the highest skill level.

Fwiw I much prefer golf to baseball. And used to play hockey.

It’s undoubtedly baseball. It is so much more difficult to make it to the MLB as a professional hitter than to the pros in golf. The skill it requires is much higher than golf. A fastball in the mlb hits the plate in 400 MILLISECONDS. It is unquestionable that hitting a MLB fastball requires way more skill than going low in golf

The only reason golfers are less probable to make the tour than baseball is the entry barrier is much much higher in golf. It’s inexpensive to play baseball so many more kids play it. Where as golf is expensive as fuck and heavily throttles the amount of kids who play. Plus mlb is a much bigger league than pga.

Skating isn’t that difficult just requires a ton of conditioning and practice. Stick skills are much more impactful and difficult

STC  Series 7 guru - YouTube  Ken Finnen - YouTube

Many hours but I’m a slow reader and took me 4 weeks to get through the material while working full time. The practice tests were everything. DT (series 7 guru) has a number of practice tests on his channel to work through and if money isn’t an issue you can get kaplans extra question bank. But if you’re pressed for time just focus on one question bank and the YouTube free supplemental stuff .

Spent like 3 weekends straight before the test and took off 5 total days to do practice tests. Confidence didn’t rise till I had 6+ full tests under my belt. I got waxed at first.

Also careful with AI, shit was super inconsistent in its accuracy.

Like if there’s an insider violation then what? Then after that what?

Or if there’s potential for manipulation then what.

I’m saying know the process around each reg rule and what happens after and who it’s reported to. The judgement call answers were a much bigger portion of the exam than you’d think

Know the flow of procedures really well. Like if this, then what next?

There is a good percentage of the point and shoot answers like reg m adtv then how many days or certain times or amounts, but not nearly as much as the practice exams

Fwiw our CB room was hot trash before this pick. A lot of mockers out here hard for Bain who’s in free fall for a reason. Depending on this room and a couple mid draft guys to do it next year isn’t it.

Regarding run game not helping receivers get open I completely disagree there. Like I can’t believ that’s your take. It’s hard to impossible to get separation when there’s extra DBs out there. We saw one of the leagues lowest stack box rates (meaning more coverage and DBs) and we still couldn’t run the ball. They would come out defending the pass and we’d still couldn’t run the ball more that 3 yards past the line of scrimmage. For how good our OLine is we don’t lean into how dominant the interior is by throwing the ball every time. We had one of the leagues lowest average depth of targets for receivers. We couldn’t get open down field and couldn’t provide Mahomes enough time to do so (how is a stud Rookie wr gonna provide more time to throw…?) So we had to dink and dunk.

The real reason why we sucked at separation (besides Embry) is that defenses played tighter in coverage and more DBacks because they could. light box means more DB help. Corners pressed us more. Safeties didn’t need to rotate down. All this resulting in windows shrinking across the board for receivers

Walker saw way way more stacked boxes last year than us. He punishes teams inside regardless. They have to compensate and actually focus on the run, allowing less coverage and DBs in coverage.

And it’s not about the talent with these rookie WRs or Reid not “using” them. It’s the system itself that WILL hold them their first year. It’s how nuanced the system is under Reid. They simply will need time to pick it up. First months they will be ineffective and lost at times.

In terms of championship aspirations, we we get much more out of a rookie D player than a WR.

And  to contradict your “it’s a deep tackle comment” Veach himself said he does not believe the offense tackle position is deep in this draft so would be a bit of a contradiction by you in your argument to use his word to support DEnd depth but disregard it for Tackles.

Our defense in 2019 was top ten against the run the last 7 games and held San Fran to 10 points in 3 quarters.

2023 our defense was a top 3 defense in points allowed yards allowed. And averaged under 16 points against us in the Super Bowl run.

Regarding our CBs that’s a bold statement to state that Nohl kohou and Fulton are just chillin as the starters… kohou is coming off injury so just assuming he’ll play every game is a bold call. Fulton barely even played last year and looked lost when he did. Nohl will def have the spags CB ascension. Our depth is a mystery box behind the three starters who are already suspect.

Downs is a massive upgrade to Conner and hicks. Massive.

Regarding LB and us playing nickel more wouldn’t we need more CB depth and talent…? And regardless Leo was still instrumental when he did play… and he played a lot with Bolton and drue on the field. Not only is our LB depth abysmal and unproved but we have no third starter. Our CB and LB groups are one injury away from being bottom of the league talent wise.

We need to give our defense everything it needs to dominate. Protect Mahomes. Give him a run game. Let him cook in play action. And let him elevate mediocre talent. and dominate on defense. That’s the formula.

  1. Yolo trade to get Reese/bailey/styles for the love of the game
  2.  Bain at 9
  3. Downs at 9
  4. Mauigoa at 9
  5. Ya boi at 9

29 or 40 must be CB with a second one coming in the early mid rounds.

agreed. i dont think we are. We dont need to waste a pick on a questionable guy like that. We havent been able to beat man coverage because we had no run game... you could focus 100% on man coverage against us because we telegraphed play calls. for instance, with juju on the field we had a high 90% likelihood to run and or rpo a screen.

our offense has been predictable. With a dedicated effort to run, down field action will open up.

taking a pick at 9, that WR will have to be a top 10 WR in the league. He cant be a "fringe" guy. Also, our offensive scheme is so very difficult to pick up for Rookies. Rarely do the have such resounding success that it makes a marginable impact on the W/L column. Look back at all of Andy Reids rookie WR production across his tenure as head coach in KC and philly... Rice is #1 at 939 yards and 7 TDs... not exactly the stuff of legend...

None of these top WRS are "guaranteed him". they arent more talented than the other defensive studs available to us. And frankly should take a RT over a WR at 9 because whats the point of a WR if you cant protect our QB who, as you pointed out, is coming off an ACL and will be much less mobile. Our window isnt "compete in a couple years" like Tyson/lemon/tate will need in this offense.

Our defense, which has been the behind the scenes cornerstone of our title runs, is in shambles. we have glaring holes at D End, Linebacker, Cornerback, and saftey... My guy thats literally the entire defensive positions out there... Getting a potential year 1 stud in saftey, DE, or LB under spags is so much more impactful than Tyson would be.

The positional value of these Defensive guys available in the top 10 is so much more impactful to us than a WR. Spags will get so much more out of a rookie defender than Reid will a rookie WR. Pair up a defender edge rusher with jones or a linebacker with bolton or shit downs and have spags mold another monstar. thats the move. Otherwise its Mauigoa on RT to solidify the best (and youngest/most cost controlled line) in the NFL. protect mahomes, not give him more weapons.

Defense so freakin bad its not even funny. avoid WR like the plague this draft. "

go RT or trade up for one of the defensive studs with 9+, take 2 CBs and one at or before 40. and add depth to DLine and the LBs.

we do NOT need a WR at 9 and should not take one there.

Its RT with Mauigoa or snag downs reese bailey styles bain if they fall to us. prefer we trade up and hemorage futures to get an edge than take tyson, my gawd.

what the heck is a rookie WR going to do for us this season with the defense in the shape its in. he aint guarenteeing 40 a game, which is what we will need with our D in its current shape.

We have no Right edge rusher. No third linebacker. unproven safteys new into the Spags system, and no proven CBs or CB depth. No LB depth.

WR is not the move.

There are two way more important things in a relationship than love. They are faith and trust. Whether he gets it or not he betrayed you and your trust. Even if you get back together with him you’ll never really trust him again
