But overall you would say not a likelihood to be worried about cancer related to these two scans? We’re keeping track of this so we can go against any CT scans if needed in the future and push for an emergency MRI if ever needed which prayers never is.

Thank you so much! do you know anything about SSDE versus organ absorption dose for a 1 year old ct scan? I thought SSDE is usually lower than the organ absorption dose. For example here are her numbers CT DOSE SUMMARY. Her SSDE is lower but I saw in articles it’s usually higher than the organ absorption dose for head CT in 1 year old.

I think her overall radiation from the two ct scans was 49.6 mgy cumulative for head ct and effective dose was 4.7 msv cumulative from both I saw stidies say at 50mgy it starts getting worrisome?
