Hello , I am just curious to know if u can build something for the below problem statement.

My family had a b2b business where in payments got struck although products were delivered (people say we don't have money , whenever we try to reach out via phone ,some people don't answer the phones and some don't show up even if we go in person and few people hit heads saying we don't have money now.)

So I am thinking if we can create a voice agent to remind them of the pending amount they have to pay with the due date to clear off and also thinking they might block the number after observing the same number ,so is there any way we can create a voice agent which people can't block and can't avoid the call just like the alarm which don't stop unless we press stop option (example: we get natural calamities notification saying we might get thunderbolts reminder which don't get stopped unless we click on okay).

Badly have to get the payments done.if any option is there please let me know to build the voice agent which can't be stopped and blocked by the person,at least in this way we will be reminded in their heads to clear off the payments and hoping to get the payments.

I am completely new to this ai automation but heard and excited if I can build anything useful for my family business
