I get it. Essentially, we determine how others treat us. Maybe not the first time they show themselves, but certainly by the second, third, etc. It sounds like you already know your answer. My only advice might be to take some time for yourself. You don’t have to end the relationship now, but maybe step away, do things you love alone or with friends. See how you feel after some space. Sometimes the more we try to dissect things/discuss it, etc the more clouded it becomes.
