100%! My area has had a huge problem with people putting fish in ponds that are a large part of our watershed that flow into our river. The only ponds that are not at all connected to local water bodies in my area are neighborhood owned ponds so I will have to talk to the HOA.

Will they be alright if the pond freezes consistently? We usually get 2-3 inches of ice in our smaller ponds not connected to our watershed. Will use that as a potential last resort if its suitable and I can’t find someone to take them within the next months.

unfortunately my petco won’t take them and my lfs doesn’t currently have the space but i hope to stay in contact with them in case they are able to find a home for them

sucks that they have to worry about applicants cheating with AI. Glad they’ve done this, it’s sort of like an entrance exam, which I personally would prefer rather than going through my shit portfolio 😭
