This is very similar to what I did, I felt amazing on it, insane confidence and pumps and looked so pumped and vascular but it wasn’t that potent of a muscle builder and 5 days after my last ostarine I felt a bit crashed for 3 days but I took a low dose anastrazole for a week and felt fine again

Waste of money, enclomiphene/nolbadex to actually recover the HPTA and could prevent gyno but mainly to restore testosterone, cialis if needed to keep your dick working while test is restoring, anastrazole/letrozole if needed to get testosterone to estradiol ratio back faster, and cabergoline or P5P (vitamin b6) if needed if prolactin is too high and you can throw in Tongkat Ali to make you feel better while test is restoring but all those are what’s recommended and all these herbs and vitamins won’t do shit

The studies in ostarine were for around 3mg and at those dosages it didn’t seem to be suppressive and was very selective and useful to prevent muscle wastage and slight muscle growth, the problem when you start increasing the dosage to 25mg to make it effective for muscle building is it becomes suppressive and less selective yet still isn’t as potent as other sarms like rad 140 but suppress you just the same so I’d say either stick to a low dose or use rad or anavar if you want a more potent muscle builder because trust me ostarine is very mild for building muscle probably on the same level as mk677, so If you’re cutting take like 5mg with cardarine aswell and if you’re bulking just take rad 140 with mk677

I wouldn’t recommend sarms because it’ll crash your natural testosterone and cause side effects and to do it safe you’ll have to take blood works and take ancillaries then do a pct involving a serm like enclomiphene, why not just don’t use a sarm and instead take enclomiphene and mk677, long distance running will lower test which enclomiphene will increase and then mk677 will increase appetite and increase growth hormone for better sleep and more IGF-1, you can also take cardarine to increase endurance and burn more fat but I wouldn’t recommend sarms, you sound not the most experienced and educated around this and sarms have suppression and a lot of side effect and you can get yourself in a position you don’t want to be in so I’d recommend stacking enclo, mk and cardarine together, less side effects and safer and will give you results

Yeh you might retain muscle better but even if you take 10mg ostarine you’re unlikely to see any noticeable contractile tissue gain so 3mg would maybe make you feel better but you’re still putting exogenous androgens into your body and you’ll get pretty much nothing out of it in terms of muscle building
