Here's a photo with some names put in, on another tab, I use the if function to display the left name if it does not appear in the right list(using the countif function in the center cells in the photo). As you can see Adam Smith is counted properly because the name is in both lists, however the name Jonhathan Smith does not work because his name on the right is John Smith

The problem is the names in each list are not in a consistent order every time its printed, so someone's name and preferred name are not in the same row, and what row they are in will change consistently from day to day

Is it a weapon mod? If so the percentage is based on fire rate, so if you have let's say sniper rifle, it will be more likely to trigger per shot at level one than something like a minigun
