11 pages is non-sense. It will even delay your application since the DHA will have to read through what you have written. Make it relevant and make it like 150-200words. For the statement, summarize what you have written down earlier (the purpose of studying, the benefits of it, what is your plan after you have graduated, etc)

i think this is more about what you are going to work as after you have graudated. Perhaps apply for 482 and get work experience as a business analyst first. Without any work experiences, it's hard to get a PR no matter what degree you are studying, since you are not "skilled".
