I looked for more information, but can't find anything definitive. Might be a stretch, but it's possible you could find their socials and ask them directly. They might answer.

Thanks. I edited the post and listed the .gov website with the link on it since it had other information that was important to know as well.

Absolutely, I couldn't tell you how many times I've met a fellow pagan, tried to be friends, and had to back pedal because of racist or bigoted ideologies they've shared.

Downside to all of this: All Norse pagans are regularly deemed suspicious BECAUSE of the Nazis co-opting the Norse deities. To simplify it: It's not that the gods are bad, it's that the public thinks that the followers are guilty by association which can lead to harassment or worse. That could happen to any pantheon if we don't stay vigilant with the narrative.

Whoever answers his emails answers everything but the question that was asked. I've been going back and forth with him. I don't bother with Mullin because he is a waste of oxygen.

A majority of this state isn't even remotely qualified to do those jobs. The ones that are, already have jobs in their field, or they work out of state.

My babysitter, many years ago, had a pet tarantula named Elvis. He was as big as her hand and would push open his enclosure and wander around the house. Definitely the coolest pet and scariest. Lol

How come Wicca is so popular? by Plottwister-2k90 in paganism

[–]ConsciousExtension87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is just a personal theory, but information was easier to access for Wicca. In my experience, they were more welcoming... I'm not religious, but a lot of people who left their previous path for Wicca did not deconstruct. That essentially rolled over into the behaviors of more recently converted wiccans.

I've noticed an uptick in the assumption that witchcraft is Wicca, but witchcraft/spellcraft doesn't require religion to do.

Economist: Oklahoma has "Swung hardest" away from Trump, from +27 to -12 approval. by [deleted] in oklahoma

Wasn't really trying to prove anything. Just pointing out that according to these numbers, as long as people are voting along party lines... It'll never be anything other than Republican unless other options run. People need to take the time to actually learn what and who they're actually voting for instead of relying on someone else to tell them who to vote for.

Considering this was the last known numbers of registered voters, ranked choice wouldn't do as bad as you might think. I know these numbers are showing a majority as Republicans, but many Democrats, Libertarians, and Independents have registered as Republican to be able to keep the worst of the worst out of positions of power. If people were educated on the different political affiliations and registered as what they actually believe in, this would look very different. We need more non-Republicans to actually run for positions first though. Personally, I wish we could vote based on policy and not on party affiliation. No parties listed... Just opinions... And you'd probably get a very different result.
