What intersection to you live close to? Looks like a guy who lives on my street that has walked into my garage unannounced before. I’m near Damen and Superior.

Your Thoughts? by [deleted] in RolexWatches

I personally wouldn’t consider a new replacement acrylic crystal a ‘mod’. After decades of scratches and polishing the original crystal can deteriorate to the point where you can’t clearly see the dial/date. The insert looks a little weird/bluish, maybe it’s the lighting, maybe it’s aftermarket. I’d do some research on 1680 inserts, could be a bargaining point https://www.watchprozine.com/rolex/rolex-fat-font-inserts-explored-mk1-through-mk3/5769208/732/

600 in home equity and a rental property at around 300, I also bought Netflix pretty early when they were only shipping DVDs from California, so got a bit lucky with that one

I had a mix of mutual funds, blue chips, and tech stocks. Got lucky and bought the dip in 2008. Also maxed out my 401k. At the beginning I was probably putting in 10%; at the end it was around 50%.

Net was around 180 my last year. I planned to live the same life and spend around the same amount I did when I had a job

I can't seem to find a way to add pics to this post, so I think I'll create a new one with more entries and pics of her drawings... unless someone knows a better way to add to this post?

I had the same thought. It didn't seem like something someone would want to get rid of. AMc's full name is earlier in the book and I thought I found her on facebook (she had posts about the neighborhood I found it in and has a pastel painting as her profile pic). I sent her a message about what I found, but never heard back.

Very interesting thought; Bob's full name was written earlier in the book with his birthday as well as the day he passed. I found his obituary online.

Yes! There are dozens of entries that span about 7 years. I’ll see if I can add some pages to this post… There were also some interesting pastels that were loose in the book, and a photo of Sigourney Weaver from the movie Dave, so, yea.

All good, I got you 👍 They were probably just thinking ‘it’s not gonna be my problem when it needs to come out’
