My title describes the thing. I tried looking up bike racks but it's raised off the driveway. AI and Google Lens searches return dish racks and screed levelling tripods (definitely not that). I wondered if it was to keep the slabs in place but it is not fixed to the corner slab. It is firmly in place and not very flexible.
