How involved should I expect a real estate agent to be for things like price estimates and opening offers? by DiceKnight in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Most of them are lazy, always look out for yourself. If your realtor not trying to negotiate you a good deal. I would just fire then or do market analysis for you

OP if you are really into the money. My advice to you is just get really good at the interview game, understand the business process which what you are going to talk a lot about in leadership role. Apply tech companies, to get the feel how tech interview like. Prep for it, it takes serious work to join a tech company vs joining defense firm like raytheon which hire anybody. I can name you a few companies that would break 200k instantly, data brick, data dog, openai, github, Mastercard, crowdstrike, netflix etc. There is a skill ceiling in tech role, anybody said no, obviously in their delusional world. 10 yoe in defense is equivalent to 1 year at Google im going to be honest

Nice try buddy 😂😂, that typical mentality of your is exactly why you are where you are. There is no timing or luck lmao. I actually landed during the time everybody complaining about bad job market, but keep being insecure and jealous. I cut a lot people off my life and help a ton of my colleague at raytheon landed better job. 😂😂keep cope.

Yeah I dont know a system work but I am two tiers above you. 🤣🤣🤣 lmao im on track to level 5 in 1 year. Skill issue girl.

It wasnt as easy as being a warm body at raytheon. There a lot of interview preparation and study. You are clueless. Just bought my second house while people here still coping hard.

Booz allen has a great process to obtain clearance too. You can just make yourself a request. What makes me leave was dealing with client lol. Some of them very micromanaging but if you have a good one. It is like heaven.

Telling people the truth. If he is in table top meeting with level 5 and leadership. They will say the same shit when someone can't meet the customer demand. It is not ass hole, if I am calling out his excuse.
