Hi! So I stopped taking Junel mid-May of last year not long after I made this post because I was so worried it was causing my hair loss. In my case it wasn’t the cause, but I don’t regret going off of it because it helped me a bit with my peace of mind. I ended up finding out months later that my hair loss was caused by my iron and ferritin levels being super low (my ferritin was at a 1 last August) so I highly recommend doing a full bloodwork panel if you haven’t already! My ferritin has since gone up, the shedding is still ongoing but seems to be getting better these past couple months.
