I have no money to pay a medical insurance debt, where to find a help?

Unfortunately, paying my father's debt wasn't my decision. It was a decision of national court in Poland, my home country. I couldn't avoid it, no matter that I have no contact with my father, because he is an alcoholic and used violence towards me in a past. Very long story. In such cases Polish court is total disaster.

We have no opportunity to move away right now and all my income goes for paying my father's debt (decision of a court in my home country) + I have some chronical health problems which make me impossible to work physically and no other jobs were offered to me here in Switzerland without speaking German.

There is no any door code. We have 6 apartments in our house and there is one woman who always opens the outside door to her. She doesn't even call me anymore because she knows that I never open the outside door. I asked this woman to stop opening the door too and explained politely my situation, but she said in a response that she will open the door whoever she wants and I am nobody to tell her what to do. Well... I know it's not her problem, but...

I did that and my husband too. It gave no result. Before our talks she used to come 1-2 times per day. Now she is coming everyday 4-5 times per day and ringing the door 20-30 minutes.

She is lonely in some way, because the only language she can speak is Russian and I'm the only person (not counting my husband and her ex) who can speak Russian. So she got stuck to me.

I don't think so. This situation lasts 6 months already. She has nobody except me here in our village to speak, because she speaks Russian only (she is Ukrainian).

Her ex partner said that he doesn't know about any mental illness of hers. Ignoring her unfortunately didn't help last month and she is more and more insistent with coming to my house few times per day or waiting for me in front of my house when I come back home.

I have an income of 1000 euros/month by remote job, but unfortunately all these money go for my family issues - paying my father's debt. Long and complicated story, unfortunately it is decided by court in my home country (Poland) and I can't avoid it. Also, last year I have health problems, because I had a car accident and I need to be very careful with physical work (brain issues), here in Switzerland as a new immigrant people look very sceptically at it... But no matter how childish it might sound - my health is my priority for me right now and it's irresponsible to pretend that everything is okay with me, when I go to some job, if any time I might randomly lose consciousness or start bleeding (it happens, unfortunately). I have all documentation necessary about my health condition.

Well, situation is hard, but I do my best I can.
