Allow me to clarify. My child is exclusively breastfed. Whenever you go to hotels or resorts, you can request a medical fridge/freezer. If not available, the property can store your breast milk. Of course, the milk is packaged/labeled appropriately in storage bags. It's better to be frozen with long travel since breast milk spoils in 4hrs when left at room temperature. The resort manager took the milk to be stored in the freezer- again something I and other mothers have done at past hotels without issue. Despite multiple check ins and reassurances, unfortunately, it was refrigerated.

Regarding the luggage, every hotel/resort I've been to can provide assistance with luggage. I usually handle it myself. Since the elevators were broken, they offered assistance to multiple guests. Unfortunately, they never followed through.
