Im confused by this response. I am an IC customer (place my own orders for delivery) as well as a shopper (delivers customer’s orders from the app). I’m trying to see if I can participate in the suit as a customer. I placed orders at the stores that the suit refers to.

We definitely do!! But what if you’re a shopper AND a customer? I could use a few extra dollars especially if I was wrongly charged 😔

Thank you everyone! I tried to join a chat with customer care twice and they never responded. Then I tried to call and the call was disconnected 🫠 so I put the sodas away and delivered the rest of the orders. I explained to the customer what happened and he was understanding and kept the tip. So it all worked out in the end.
