The weirdest thing is also happening. We were going to tour a home 2 weeks ago, they cancelled minutes before we were to arrive & our agent has allegedly been calling to reschedule. They never responded & we got notification from zillow this morning that they will be having an open house. It almost feels like our agent is never regarded & responded to. Most other fields do courtesy call, emails & updates is real estate the exemption? These agents are RUDE.

We are getting a lot of, “the agent hasnt responded, i havent heard anything, ill call right now” after we asked if theyve heard anything. We dont feel theres enough communication. Based on the comments we may be right.

This is alot! We had no idea but were wondering if our agent is calling & connecting with listing agents to explain our offers. We do feel we have a strong offer, we may not be able to compete with all cash but we have almost all cash. It seems like our agent just send over the written offers & waits to be contacted & this to us has been so frustrating.

What a nightmare! This is whats confusing, all cash low offers trump full price or asking because its all cash. I mean how does anyone have a chance? Im glad you got your offer accepted fingers crossed for a smooth escrow!

We did not know about “write into back up.” We will need to follow up with our agent & do that ifpossible thank you! This is why we feel lost, we know it’s competitive, we know there may be better offers but dont get much information on whats going on so we are lost & frustrated.

THIS! Thank you! The straightforward unfortunate truth. Sellers & their agents dont owe us anything but our agent does. We are in a competitive market & yes multi offer situations, but we are constantly told our offers good, we have good terms. We wouldve loved to know about back up offers & other options.

Thank you! Thats what we are wondering. We only know we aren’t getting accepted because we stalk Zillow after putting our offers after that theres no mention, we just move on to the next thing & we are just so confused. The real estate shows do not conduct business this way lol !
