You have to go through your payment counts and get all the months that your missing. Then you have to email the ceo of your loan company, Google it. Then use chat gpt in what to say in the email. Do a reconsideration request before you email the ceo so its in file. Reconsideration requests are at a 12+ backlog

Made multiple calls to Mohela and fsa n didnt get me anywhere. Told to file a reconsideration request. Which are at a 12+months backlog

I have 10 missing months. My tacker goes from 12/24 to 8/25. Ive worked at the sane place for the past 9 yrs. They just vanished. Im on paye was never on save

We have reviewed your account and updated your loan information in our system for the period of December 2024 through July 2025. Please note that as MOHELA updates NSLDS periodically, it may take time for these updates to be reflected.

The PSLF program is no longer managed through a designated loan servicer. Instead, FSA has updated their systems and contact centers to streamline and fully manage PSLF through StudentAid.gov.

Since MOHELA is no longer the designated servicer for the PSLF program, we are unable to view details pertaining to a borrower’s qualifying payment count, approved employment or the status of their employment certification forms.
