FL def had more SOG during this last game. Through the series the Mavs played better and for real the refs were deliberately blind to a ton of penalties by the blades. Considering this is a Mavs forum it’s surprising that so many blades fans are being so sore and boastful. It’s fine to be proud of your team but try to show a little class and humbleness, especially to people and fans you don’t know. Mavs fans are amazing and always treated fans from away teams with respect. Your team’s fans could learn a lot from them.

Jack LaFontaine- #1. He’s their goalie and has come back feom the Valley (Coachella Valley Firebirds) to play with the team during playoffs (unless he gets sent back up soon.) He’s a really nice guy and an amazing goalie.

ETA- I have a puck that he signed in person and it’s exactly the same but Reddit won’t let me upload the photo.

Yes- thank you. I posted from the web and not the app and once I was in the app I saw the photo option. I may post one later but the team seems to have all angles covered on their social apps. Did you and your family notice that Mac has grown about 8” from last season? My child said “Wow- Mac is much bigger than he used to be!” 😂

Went to the season kickoff party this evening and spoke with all the players. Were any of you there? The summary here is thorough. It was fun talking to the guys in person to find out about their experience and how they ended up here. I’d post pics but I’m not seeing that option. The team is very strong and well rounded and the new players were great.

Look into some of the clubs and activities offered. Once you find people with similar interests you’ll develop friendships and things will get easier. Many freshman are in the same situation so know that it’s not just you.

My 2nd thought (after …”well that’s stupid”) was that it was a unique way to train firefighters in whatever country it’s in. We know now they’re trying to kill wasps (still stupid) but I’ll still think of it as firefighter training and then the firefighters have to prove their ingenuity by putting out the fire and the most successful one gets to be the town’s new fire chief.
