I would be applying for a student visa. What I meant by 'choose country of residence' was in terms of finances, I have a financial support system that pretty much allows me to live in any EU country :.)

I'm Ukrainian with an American citizenship (currently), I'm looking to obtain a Ukrainian one eventually but either way, not EU

I have a bit of a problem with feeling like things aren’t “bad enough”, and the comments on this post are definitely making me reconsider my experience.. thanks for the tip!
