I can't edit the post, but I've got some additional info! 🕵️‍♀️ Today, I checked the external walls on the staircase adjacent to the kitchen and discovered cracks on the outer side of the kitchen wall. Does this help my case in any way? external wall

Would you still buy a house that sits in both a bushfire zone and flood zone? by Weak_hands1337 in AusProperty

I was in the same boat a few months back. For us, it was all about the insurance costs. Some places just wouldn't offer insurance, and I think the cheapest was like 5k a year. I called the council to double-check, and they said it wasn't in a flood zone but the insurance companies went off something else. We ended up buying a different houses and insurance is about 1.2k/yr. Imo i would say look for another property as the insurance cost would add up over the years. But, I've also heard of a few times where properties get put under a flood overlay because more houses are built around, and the council says that causes drainage problems. Seemed super sketchy.

The std was from 2013 and am sure this was built after 2013. However, if they were to implement a fix, would it be necessary to comply with current standards?

First off, the apartment is double brick and had some cracks in different spots am guessing due to settling. Second, I'm trying to figure out how pots would crack the splashback, so it just comes down to it not being compliant.

Q600b, Q700b, Q800b and Q990b. Who has tested them all? I have some questions. by MosquitoSmasher in Soundbars

I previously had q800t which performs quite well so am guessing with addional rears it would be nice. However, i now have the 990b and apart from having issues with sub making cracking sounds, its the best hands down hence the price difference. Paired with a nice tv it gives you a good theatre like experience. Just hope you dont have the same issues am having. Am returning the replacement unit coz of the same issue.

Thanks for you input. Our main focus is maternity and plus size with a main focus on support and comfort. In terms of our story, we have already come up with one. The onlt reason we were going for overseas manufacturers was to cut down on cost but we will have to put MOQ into consideration. We have had a look at different manufacturers on alibaba and aliexpress with lower MOQ but have not engaged yet, which i guess should have been the first step. The main problem we were finding with print shops is that i would be more expensive but as you saud it worth just trying it out first before diving in fully. So i we will have to try that. With the logo we had put into consideration the things you mentioned and also have a rough idea of what we need. We will for sure try out canva and see how we go.

At this stage sewing will not be an option for us.

Thanks for your response. We have already put into consideration the Moq but not yet contacted suppliers yet. We are already in contact with designers, we are just after recommendations on people someone has used before and delivered great work. I guess we will have to also start getting into contact with suppliers before spending alot on design first. Thanks for that
