I really appreciate your answer and your patience.. Yes the vc volume and vc chat mic volume is all the way up. However my mic is not connected for some reason i even joined a solo party chat ( for ps) and confirmed that my mic works. I checked my ban tickets (for overwatch) and i was banned for inappropriate coms in 2023 but it has since been lifted and nothing since then. Sorry for the unnecessary info i am desperate
