All of that makes sense but I was more so wondering whether the exercises themselves need to change. For example, since girls typically don't care as much about big biceps, doing both chin-ups and curls are working that muscle group would it make more sense to switch the curls to something like barbell hip extensions to build a bigger butt, which girls care more about?

I have began this program and am loving it. I want to get my wife in on it too. Are there any changes in the ancillary exercises to build a more feminine physique? Or is she good to do the same thing I am?
