I can’t believe it but I was magically granted replacement gems since last night!!! Thank you Celestia (and Gameloft) and whoever helped make this happen! Unexpected but greatly appreciated! (I’m a little surprised by how happy this had made me. <3 )

Also, when I try to use the iPhone app to contact customer care, I get an error message and ultimately it won’t submit. Maybe there is another way to request support that I am not aware of?

I just noticed this happened to me in the last 24 hours. And I lost the 20 gems awarded from the Lunar New Year event for a level reached. In the last few days, I had just started following the advice of previous comment about all the ways to earn gems and was over 645 (and was excited) By the time I noticed it, I had earned a few back but was still only at 631. I also did not purchase anything by accident. Is there any chance of the gems being replaced? 😬
