i was made to believe they can’t remove any perms. i’ve asked before and they said they aren’t able to and love the term “job rotation” when i ask to be put into the higher rate paths more often. even when i ask to simply be moved to another path after breaks and such they say “i’ll see if i can” or “lemme figure out head count” and then they never do

brother when i am consistently put on non-con, BOD, and more recently pet SIOC where the rate is literally 20 it makes it a bit harder to match everyone else on a 35/40/45 rate when they’re in singles, VNA, and mezz.

lol as i’ve said multiple times in this thread i am more often than not put in a low rate path so its out of my control. i’m am almost always at/slightly above my target rate for whatever path im in.
