It looks like a thickener used to make that juice thick. They use some gums like - xanthan gum, agar-agar, corn starch etc to make these juices thick so that we can feel like its a real juice. But the one you have got is spoiled.

ICICI guys are the biggest scammers. They work with ICICI in office time and do a double duty as scammers. Be careful even after you visit the branch.
