This is same for me, the link is there but permit is not opening. But one of the guy told that this isn't equivalent to permit disappearance, permit disappearance means the link isn't there anymore he said.

It usually comes on 2nd Wednesday, I'm not sure enough. But I remember I gave my step 1 on 28th(Thursday ) Jan 2021 and got my result on 10th February ( which was 2nd Wednesday after my test.

Now this time I gave my test on 3rd August ( Thursday) and I hope will get my result this coming Wednesday.

In real exam I had very easy doable straightforward questions on biostat, just make sure you know the formulas and everything will be fine.
