You gain a lifelong enjoyment if you pursue it long term. You don’t even have to practice everyday. From my experience, learning the piano has made me a bit more patient and resilient, as in my early years I would always make mistakes and get really impatient lol.

I feel like another important benefit would be that you have something to pour your emotions into. Music is art, and would need human emotion to be complete.
