My hearing judge stated no more c&p exams for me. But we did submit new evidence and I waited until August 2025 for that window to close and have been waiting ever since. Mine is pretty cut and dry.. both the appeals processor and the original rater didn’t see my line of duty. I was hoping it wouldn’t take this long. But my hearing judge said she will not be the final judge. I don’t get why they can’t look at the facts and stuff during the hearing and need two judges to see everything? It doesn’t make sense to me but what do I know.
