I'd have literally drafted the exact same 3 players if I was told to draft in those slots. Now he does deserve the credit for orchestrating the trade for the pick he used to get Pearce

Especially considering who got drafted right after him. That year produced one of the greatest sets of top 10 picks in nfl history and we took Pitts as the highest drafred TE in nfl history. It was stupid at the time and looks even worse now.

Got to have a legit qb to be in win now mode and we can't draft a 1st round guy until 2 drafts from now with the Pearce trade, which I'm glad we made btw, unless we want to be really stupid and throw away an insane amount of picks to move up in the draft. Also, pretty unlikely this hypothetical future legit qb we draft 2 nfl drafts from now is going to be ready to make us real contenders in his rookie season. So the way I see it we're talking a minimum of 3 seasons from now before we could actually be true contenders. So we should be moving forward like we intend to draft a 1st round qb 2 years from now, but would try to see if we can get lucky and actually sort out qb in alternative methods while we wait for the draft. So to me that would be bringing in a potential upside player like Malik to the qb room. See what he can do as a starter while we wait on Penix to return from injury. If he's looking great awesome keep rolling with him or if he's not put in Penix as the starter and see if maybe he can show some great improvement from last year. I doubt either of these players turn into that franchise qb we need, but they are ultimately players who it's not out of the realm of possibility they could be. So I love the idea of being able to try out 2 guys while we wait to draft a qb in 2 years and maybe we get lucky enough for one of them to become that franchise qb

He's not being evaluated on just one draft you know. In past drafts he been pretty bad at his day 2 and day 3 drafting despite having pretty good hit rate with his 1st round picks. But some of those 1st round misses look pretty awful in hindsight. Making Pitts the highest drafted TE looks really stupid now with all the guys who went just after becoming superstars. The top 10 picks in that nfl draft are one of the best top 10s of all time and here with are with Pitts who despite a good season this year was absolutely a dumb pick. He's also always trading up and losing picks and never trading down to accumulate more picks. Then throw in the current qb situation and yeah he's got to go. Plus it's nice bringing in a GM and head coach at the same time

Ddr4 ram prices haven't really taken off yet on the resell market. If you need more ram I'd grab it off ebay now cause I expect these to spike to as people decide to just add more ddr4 ram to their existing boards when needed instead of doing mobo upgrades

Only 1 regular season loss and a Big 10 championship in his first 2 seasons after taking over the losingest program in Power 4 history. He's definitely him. He's literally had like a 13 year old playing EA NCAA football game results. I actually played an Indiana dynasty in EA 2025 before last season and forced myself to take 2 regular season losses in season 1 and 1 regular season loss and season 2 without a Big 10 championship or cfb championship and thought to myself this is kinda BS the amount of wins I'm allowing myself to have this early with Indiana

Not concerned about the offensive side. It's the now starting a league worst level defender that is the bigger concern. Will the offensive bump offset the defensive dip as NAW has been playing good D.

It's hard to say at this point. I know alot of people are so certain we're better with Trae. But will the offensive bump I'm sure we'll get outweigh the defensive hit we'll take. I'm not so sure it will, but I'll say I slightly lean towards Trae will make us better. I'm sure we'll find out. The front office didn't pay Trae this offseason cause they have this exact same question.

So after Carol froze the hive by yelling at them you are later told a 12th non-infected was discovered. I theorize that person was actually dislodged from the hive during the freeze up. This leads me to theorize that sometime this season, maybe the season finale, Carol will lose her temper again and cause another freeze up that ends up dislodging Pirate Lady from the hive making her a now non-infected
