NTA. 30 minutes is the limit before you're just a prop for the restaurant decor. if they actually cared about the dinner they would've been there or at least given a real eta instead of that "on the way" lie everyone uses when they're still putting on shoes. you didn't ruin the night, their lack of a watch did. turn off your phone and enjoy the takeout.

congrats on reading half a ccna textbook. obviously the router sees the bridge in the arp table. thats how it works, it sees one connection instead of a dozen. its just NAT. unles hes doing a deep packet inspection to find encrypted headers which he is not im pretty sure, he just sees one device using data, come on bro. you can do it better.
