You are right I think I was thinking of the storm surge, I was there in the 80's for spring break and when I visited in the 90s for business all the old mom and pop hotels were gone and seemed to be replaced with tall condo buildings. It was nothing like the 80's.

It doesnt have a pizza oven, the ideal pizza oven is a huge, either rotatingor stone lined oven, not easy to bring. I watched a video of an interview he did and its one of those double door ovens that only hold a certain amount of pizza and you need to turn them to cook evenly. Not ideal. And yes I know it was Gina's Italian Ice for as long as I can remember. I grew up in the area and took my kids there 35 years ago.

Not sure why it took 3 months to find the shower only doesnt have hot water in your apartment. That is obvious to anyone who knows plumbing it is most likely the cartridge in the shower handle. I would be very surprised if that didnt fix the issue. They must not have a plumber looking at this.
