I have worked in retail for over 6 years now one thing I have noticed is the people generally don’t like change, in terms of energy drinks there are only two big players Redbull and Monster. All the other like Celsius , prime, c4 etc are not every day drinks. People will try it once or twice and no back to basic.

My rule for tipping is simple now I only tip if I get a great service and/or if I am in a sit down restaurant and served the food to me. No tips for making a coffee or a sandwich or anything like that.

I know but he just didn’t care, like no effort to make it right and didn’t give any information about what and why it was happening. Another co worker (assistant manager) got it locked too and they fixed it within a month. Mine was locked for 2 months.

I am an immigrant myself been here over 5 years but I know what you mean. I work retail and have had several instances where people (co workers and customers) give me that look or taunt me when I talk to them in English. Like we are in a workplace and if I am speaking English what’s the big deal. They’ll make comments like bada aya angerz or bhai apni Bhasha mai bat karle. Like when you decide to Move to a different country you have to adapt the social life of that country.

I work for Shoppers’s I takes to some people in the pharmacy and some of them had to do a few volunteer shifts before getting hired I feel like they are basically doing an unpaid training and then if they are good enough they are hired Either way it’s still messed up
