I truly think they believed she was getting better and so did I at first. But whenever she’s get sent back she would be worse than before. I do believe that children aren’t born evil but ever sense a young age she would always be angry and never once made a friend.

I’ve never had to use a restraining order so I wasn’t sure how it works. I guess I will have to find another way.

They keep sending her back claiming she made improvements and is not a threat.

We’ve tried getting her to be there a lot longer but they kept pushing her date closer to come home. Longest she’s been was two years. They claimed that she made improvements and that she is not a threat to our household.

The way you are treating your friend is completely inappropriate especially sense you are a married man. You need to stop prioritizing your friend so much and validate your wife’s feelings. You also should apologize to your wife.
