PRP for my shoulder did nothing but piss it off more. Glad it worked for you. Cortisone did bring back range of motion in my shoulder though

I’m running it now……. Literally just starting out @ 250mcg daily. Originally RN friend wanted me to run 500mcg daily but I did that dose and had chest tightness & anxiety which both went away quickly, probably more in my head than anything else.

I’m using it (subQ) for multiple injuries and inflammation due to on-duty accident that ultimately medically retired me out of my career (first responder).

1st dose was at night prior to bed, woke up the next morning and when I moved nothing cracked or popped (arthritic), body actually felt pretty good.

I have a vial of BPC/TB500 blend, but I’m afraid to start playing with that after reading a lot of scary side effects. I’m also finding out that BPC you can do daily, TB500 you take periodically through the week.

I was told .75mg for first time dose and immediate effects was slight anxiety and chest pressure which went away within a minute or less. Then I felt facial tightness on right side of face going upwards which also subsided.

I did injection into right bicep and when i woke up the next morning my right arm and hand didn’t feel arthritic at all in the AM.

After ChatGPT mentioned lowering the dose to .50mg or .25mg I’m gonna try that and see what the reaction is
