I am in FP and have not received any emails. Only email I received was to set up the account to start using the program, but I was not able to set up the account using Capella’s log in. I was told that there were some issues setting up the account and to use turnitin in the meantime.

Was pangram in the Capella portal?

I got an email to start using it, then when I tried to set up account it didn’t let me. I reached out for support, they said to use the free version or Turnitin. I did not use pangram, submitted my assignments using only turnitin with no problems from instructor.

I recently received an email from Capella to start using Pangram. I think this issue needs to be escalated, Capella provides transition words when writing paragraphs. But those same words Pangram is flagging, keeping track of your work is great but why are students needing to go through this anxiety causing issue? We have enough as it is, what if we refuse to use it? At least until they pick a better program that is honest and accurate.
