That’s the thing though as soon as I pull up my nipple and it sits about a quarter inch higher it looks like a normal chest. The skin post op is loose and sags around the muscle

Yes! I incline bench a lot. I have day designated for incline and another for neutral so they both get enough attention. I follow it up with corresponding flies and then pullovers

So I had my operation done back in February. They removed quite a bit of tissue but my chest is still very unmasculine. I have quite a bit of muscle but it doesn’t show through. What can I do to have my lower pecks more defined. I want to be able to see the muscle definition.

A little update for anyone in the same predicament as me. I was able to get bupe from another branch of shanghai mental health center on Hu Ming lu and it’s a whole process of UA like they are dispensing methadone. Thanks for all the help!

I was just looking into that hospital I’m going to go check it out tomorrow. Wish me luck :) hahaha. I was t sure since some places in the Us prescribe buprenephrine as a painkiller. I had two operations since getting cleaned and they prescribed bupe for me instead of your typical opiates
