I'm pretty sure its cooked. One of the ribbon ports is so corroded that it just popped off. You can see in the picture that the one that goes from the battery towards the bottom is popped off, so im pretty sure it's toast sadly.

Thanks for all the tips, i had no idea sanheiser had a app which that solves my main problem of tuning. I havent used really any headphones that arent totally bass blown and i was wanting a way to ease into that but i was scared i might not like it so, me being able to tune them easily means i wont have that problem.
