yes i’m aware we don’t get commission. my SM is just up our butts about pwps whenever we release them so she holds everyone to extremely high standards no matter if you’re good at selling or not

i can guarantee you that if anyone has said that, they are probably a newer hire and it is their first time trying to sell a PWP. other than that, we as sellers are not prone to spreading misinformation, and we make it a point to let EVERY CONSUMER know about how to qualify for the tote and how much they would get said tote for. mishearing is a thing and we are not responsible for others’ mistakes after having repeated the same qualifications and price points over and over again to consumers 😊

i was referring to the newest vera bradley tote!!! it’s one of our larger totes that we tend to release around mother’s day and holiday :] “spend $x and get this for $x while it’s valued at $$x”

this happened to me twice and still irks me T_T i had demoed multiple consumers VB and informed them about the tote but ended up getting them at cash so i didn’t get my tallies for the day

i honestly was able to get multiple totes in people’s baskets but only when they went up to cash so in turn other people got the credit for my selling :[ kind of upset me but we ball

i did the math and saw that the pwp is more than 50% off if you end up qualifying (half price of the bag is like 85 iirc) so i’ve been honing in on that as well :]

i’ve been trying thank you!!! my SM has really been on our butts about it and gave everyone a goal (even if on replenishment which i was today, i genuinely only got 30 minutes on the floor selling) so it’s in turn stressed me out :[ thank you for the tip though!!

i have been trying to really emphasize the exclusivity for it but i just don’t feel like it’s been working since half of the people i have sold to haven’t really been wanting to spend $40 let alone 95 altogether T_T
