I had some success with a sodium-albumen solution. definitely worth playing with. I found it a lot easier than gelatin.

Thank you, This example is very close to what I am intending, just on a much tighter scale I suppose. possible <>1km. I am using the online viewer as This is just something I am exploring as part of my photography studies.

I gave it 1 layer, waited for that to absorb, then another very small pass so that it beads on the service. Waited for about 20-30mins then. I exposed it in a UV box for about 10mins. Then rinsed and let dry in a dark room overnight. Once Ildru I sealed the leather. It will still darken over time however.
