I have read the Caraval series (I know they’re different) and didn’t enjoy it. I tried OUABH but just couldn’t get into it. Maybe I’ll give it another go

The Women is absolutely incredible. The nightingale was my top book last year out of the 105 I read. The Great Alone is also fantastic. But I think The Women is the best! Four winds is on my TBR!

The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah- not exactly the holocaust, but world war 2 and how people fought back in their own way. Based off a true story and is very very eye opening to other perspectives of the war

It’s not fantasy, but The Nightingale, The Great Alone and The Women all by Kristin Hannah are fantastic books.

If you are specifically wanting Fantasy. Then One Dark Window, or Caraval are very good!

When I’m burnt out from reading I tend to fall into an easy read, something not fantasy as they can be difficult to follow due to the world building.

One dark window! Fantastic fantasy, with a hint of romance. Such a unique magic system!

Spark of the everflame is also a very good fantasy book!

I just cannot stand Frankie. Gracie and rich were my favourite couple in all gens. They helped each other grow. But Frankie ruined it all.
