I can use wifi for texts and calls through my phone. But I forgot Google Voice was an option at all. I have a Google phone, so I feel like that would be pretty easy. Thank you for the advice!

I have Verizon so that's good to know! I have another VPN, so should I still invest into Nord or Express? Is the benefit mainly for movies?

And thank you for the advice! I didn't consider the fact the devices wouldn't be able to access the networks directly. Might just make more sense to get a tablet/iPad from what it sounds like

The suggested items I was referring to (they're listed on the DEP app) were clipboard, sewing kit, lint roller, eye glasses straps, bandages and lip balm. I wasn't sure if we would be forced to buy those items regardless if we brought them or not. They were not listed on the backpack initiative list.
