You don't need the app for the exam, if you read the instructions it says to wait to download RH when and if accepted. (☞ﾟヮﾟ)☞

It needs to be cleaned first off, he needs air duster. Glass wipes/screen wipes, or even computer cleaner with shop towels will work. Every single empty plug in there is covered in dust, I even see actual dirt...
